Caffe 48 Restaurant

Italian café and bistro in Santa Catalina, serving coffee and pasta with local flair

Caffé 48 Bistró is a charming Italian café tucked in the heart of Santa Catalina, beloved by locals for its warm atmosphere and authentic flavours. Run by brothers Giovanni and his sibling, the café brings a touch of Naples to Palma, combining expert barista coffee with a menu full of Italian classics.

Start your day with a perfectly brewed espresso or cappuccino and a selection of freshly baked croissants or rolls filled with Italian ham and cheese. At lunchtime, the café comes alive with a daily lunch menu featuring dishes such as Rigatoni a la Chinotta, Gnocchi Bolognesa, or the aptly named Carbonara Top – all made with care and at very reasonable prices.

In summer, the terrace becomes the place to be, offering a relaxed spot to enjoy your meal while soaking up Santa Catalina’s lively energy. Every dish is prepared with sustainability in mind, served in biodegradable, 100% recyclable packaging if you choose to take your meal to go.

Whether you’re popping in for a morning coffee, indulging in a leisurely pasta lunch, or enjoying a glass of Italian wine as the sun sets, Caffé 48 Bistró delivers a little slice of Italy in Palma, with friendly service and genuine passion behind every cup and plate.
