DaiCa Restaurant

Local flavours and creative Mallorcan cuisine in the heart of Llubí

Location
Llubi

Set in the quiet inland village of Llubí, DaiCa is a destination restaurant that captures the true spirit of rural Mallorca. Housed in a beautifully restored former grocery shop, this welcoming space brings together a small boutique hotel and a signature restaurant devoted to local produce and honest cooking. From the moment you arrive, the atmosphere feels warm and personal, more like being welcomed into a home than visiting a restaurant.

DaiCa’s cuisine is deeply rooted in the Pla de Mallorca, the agricultural heart of the island where almond, fig and carob trees shape the landscape. The kitchen works closely with local growers and producers, celebrating seasonal ingredients at their very best. Two tasting menus showcase this philosophy. The ‘De Temporada’ menu evolves throughout the year, offering a clear expression of Mallorcan flavours and traditions. For something bolder, the ‘De Festa’ menu delivers a more creative and playful experience, with a series of small dishes designed to surprise and delight.

Both menus reinterpret tradition with a light, modern touch, focusing on flavour rather than fuss. Dining at DaiCa is as much about place as it is about food, offering a genuine connection to the island’s countryside and a slower, more thoughtful side of Mallorca.
