Chef Santi Taura interprets Mallorcan cuisine from a contemporary point of view without forgetting its roots. The restaurant serves a unique gastronomic experience based on the traditional cuisine of the islands and made with seasonal ingredients from local origins.
Diners have the possibility to enjoy two dining options: interact at the bar next to Santi and his team watching each dish being prepared on a tasting menu; or enjoy a more intimate atmosphere at the restaurant tables.
