Emilio Innobar Restaurant, Palma de Mallorca

Mexican, Asian and Mediterranean fusion style restaurant

featured in Restaurants Updated

A fresh fusion food experience in the heart of Palma.

The chefs at this restaurant are well travelled and their food reflects some of their culinary experiences in these places.

Emilio has journeyed around the world and been influenced by his travels. He has worked in the USA, Germany and for 12 years in Japan, where he learned to slice fish for sashimi and tataki like a native. Before opening his own restaurant, he was a chef and co-owner of the highly popular restaurant Bar & Co in Portixol.

Together with some of the very first people he employed and a number of very young and talented chefs, he has now moved on to the next step in what he calls ‘Fine Fusion’. Inspiration is derived from the fresh produce available each day at the market. Every dish will astound you with its phenomenal flavour. Don’t miss the Tataki of Dorada and the Ceviche, or just ask Emilio to prepare a selection of his choice – you won’t be disappointed.

Open Tuesday - Saturday from 18:00 for dinner, and Wednesday - Friday for lunch.
