Located in the Castillo Son Vida Luxury Hotel, they serve a menu of Spanish and Mallorcan flavours using only seasonal ingredients from local providers, as well as selected international products.
Specialities include Foie gras terrine in a popcorn crust, Open ravioli filled with milk cap mushrooms, cream of butifarron and goat cheese, Red mullet with ginger and carrot cream, tomato concasse with vanilla oil or King prawn and free range chicken surf and turf with Iberian ham and quinoa.
Their dining room offers beautiful views of the bay of Palma. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
