At the Joan Marc Restaurant you will discover the new Mallorca’s cuisine, fresher, simpler and full of flavours.

To achieve this, the pantry is always filled with local produce. They also have a close relationship with several local farmers who supply organic cheeses, suckling pigs, lambs and even the famous “xeixa” cereal, with which the organic bread that accompanies the various dishes is made.

Try the tasting degustation menus for something special. The<y have an open plan kitchen to watch the chefs at work and a private dining area for up to eight people.

Open for lunch Thursday to Sunday and dinner Tuesday to Saturday.

The island hosts all sorts of events, including agricultural fairs in the spring and autumn, live music and DJs in the summer, religious fiestas and international sporting events. Some of the most popular are the Mallorca 312 cycling race in April, the Copa del Rey sailing regatta in July and the Moors vs Christians mock battle in September.
