At the Joan Marc Restaurant you will discover the new Mallorca’s cuisine, fresher, simpler and full of flavours.

To achieve this, the pantry is always filled with local produce. They also have a close relationship with several local farmers who supply organic cheeses, suckling pigs, lambs and even the famous โ€œxeixaโ€ cereal, with which the organic bread that accompanies the various dishes is made.

Try the tasting degustation menus for something special. The<y have an open plan kitchen to watch the chefs at work and a private dining area for up to eight people.

Open for lunch Thursday to Sunday and dinner Tuesday to Saturday.
