Mola Restaurant

Serving fusion world cuisine, opposite the Santa Catalina food market

Mola Restaurant in Santa Catalina is a vibrant fusion eatery that has quickly become a favourite in Palma. Originally opened in 2018 in Portixol, Mola brings its signature international flavours to a prime location opposite the bustling Santa Catalina Market. The restaurant is perfect for a post-shopping lunch, a relaxed dinner, or a weekday escape with its ‘Lunchbreak Menu’ and a la carte options.

Mola specialises in creative fusion cuisine, combining the best ingredients from around the world. Signature dishes include Teriyaki-glazed duck with rice, wok vegetables, and peanuts, as well as a fresh poke bowl with chicken, prawns, vegetables, and rice. Other highlights are the poached egg with potato foam, Joselito ham, and truffle, and a selection of uramaki rolls.

The restaurant’s interior is bright and welcoming, with a spacious layout that reflects the warm, relaxed atmosphere Mola is known for. The attentive team makes every guest feel at home, whether you’re trying a new dish or returning for a familiar favourite.

Desserts are a highlight, particularly in summer, with options like yoghurt schnitte with passion fruit gel and raspberry ice cream, balancing creamy, tangy, and fruity flavours. With its focus on high-quality ingredients, imaginative recipes, and a friendly environment, Mola offers a unique culinary experience that delights both locals and visitors alike.
