Elegant restaurant serving innovative Mallorcan cuisine
Located inside the Gran Hotel Son Net, this restaurant is dominated by an original 17th-century olive oil press that occupies the centre of its romantic dining room.
They serve a selection of original Mallorcan dishes made with fresh local produce and contemporary techniques. They offer a tasting menu featuring specialities like fish and lobster suquet hotpot with spring peas and croutons, low temperature cooked beef cheeks, beetroot ravioli, black truffle and cabbage or creamy rice with squid, clams and prawns.
Open from 19:30 to 22:30 every day except Wednesdays. Every Friday in the summer they celebrate a romantic candlelit dinner in the hotel's historic courtyard.
