La Parrilla Buenos Aires stands out from others as the meat is matured for the perfect taste, using the traditional asado technique.
Although there is talk of barbecues around the world and have similarities with each other, the Argentinian BBQ here will always be special because it has a slow cooker, absence of additives and special courts. This makes a difference because they have a lever system that permits a roasting heat from the embers of firewood and no fire, the meat is cooked slowly.
