Sebastian Pasch, the chef-owner, specializes in using fresh produce of the season and likes to let the flavours of these products speak for themselves in the cuisine and dishes he creates.
Every now and then, he adds a hint of Asia to his dishes but there are always old favourites: rack of Mallorcan Lamb and Lobster Ravioli to delight his loyal clients.
Located in a former stable, over 250 years old, where skilful restoration has retained the original stone walls and traditional Mallorca benches. In the day there are exceptional views of the wonderful Deià mountains, at night the elegant candlelit atmosphere is very relaxed and draws a stylish crowd who feel very much at home.
Open for dinner throughout the year and, from March until June and from September until November also open for lunch on Saturdays and Sundays.
