Es Clot is one of the finest and most welcoming beachfront houses of North Mallorca. Enjoying a truly unique position right on the water's edge and close to Alcudia, Es Clot can sleep up to 8 guests in air-conditioned interiors. Thanks to its spacious, furnished terraces (at the front, side, as well as rear) the villa enjoys unlimited views to the sea providing a truly scenic setting both at day and night. All the ingredients for a holiday to remember!

This villa is comprised of a main house and a self-contained studio, offering a total of four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The property is rented as a whole private holiday home, accommodating up to eight guests.

The main house features a spacious lounge with a fully equipped kitchen, three double bedrooms (one with its own en-suite bathroom), and an additional family bathroom. The separate studio, with its own private entrance, offers a lounge with a kitchenette, a double bedroom, and a bathroom. The entire property is air-conditioned (included in the rental price, available during set times from 8pm to 8am and 2pm to 4pm).

Outside, you’ll find a true paradise—the villa sits right by the sea, with stunning views to match. Spacious terraces are furnished with comfortable sunbeds, dining tables, chairs, and a barbecue area for enjoying delicious al-fresco meals.
