Can Xen Estate, Pollensa (Pollenca)

Can Xen has undergone a tasteful renovation transforming it into a lovely homely villa with all the modern conveniences you expect, but still retaining that old-world charm.

The estate is surrounded by fields of fig and almond trees, forests and arable pastures dotted with palm trees, the beautiful Tramuntana mountains in the distance, and the Bay of Pollensa just 15 minutes away.

The farmhouse itself is decorated in an authentic Mallorcan style with exposed wooden beams, traditional stone walls and tiled floors. Spanish antique furniture fills the house and you’ll find a number of paintings on the wall (Can Xen is a popular holiday destination for groups of artists).

The cosy living area includes a traditional stone fireplace and is a great place to curl up and relax with a book. The lovely dining room with a long table seating up to 16 guests, and a fully fitted farmhouse style kitchen with a large gas stove, three fridges, two dishwashers and a microwave. (Larger groups can choose to dine in the enormous barn featuring a traditional barbeque.)

To keep everyone entertained throughout your holiday the villa includes Satellite TV, DVD player, WiFi access, table-tennis, tennis courts and there is even a piano!

Outside there a number of terraces, one that is covered in vines and the large garden include multiple seating areas - one with a hammock! The villa also has a gorgeous salt water swimming pool where you can cool off on hot days and relax by the waterside soaking up the sun on a lounger.
