This stunning villa with private swimming pool, sits near the top of the famous Calvari steps in the heart of Pollensa Old Town. The villa has beautiful unspoilt views of the historic Pollensa Old Town and beyond to El Puig de Maria across to the sea at the nearest beach areas of Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia. The villa was acquired in 2016, and the owners have redecorated and furnished throughout making this a beautiful and tranquil retreat, nestling above the bustling & historic Pollensa Old Town.

You are spoilt with beautiful views! This 4 bedrooms characterful villa located on the Calvari steps is perfect for a family or couples getaway. The main house has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with super king size beds and ensuite bathroom. There are then 2 twin rooms again with their own ensuite bathrooms. The little casita provides another large bedroom with a king size bed, ensuite bathroom and a utility room. All bedrooms are on the lower level of the house which provides the living space with lots of warm natural light.

The brand new kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher. Enjoy breakfast whilst looking over the beautiful views in the spacious and sunny breakfast room. This leads through into the dining room and sitting room which has a fireplace for the colder months. The living room has a TV with English speaking channels, as well as a DVD player.

The charming patio is furnished with deck chairs, Weber BBQ and dining table and bench to enjoy al fresco dining on the warm summer evenings. This is quite simply one of the best homes in Pollensa Old Town.

Once entering you won’t want to leave, watching the sunrise with mist over the bay of Pollensa, or watching the sunset as the romantic lights of the town below dance in the moonlight, you will be enchanted. During the day you have ample space to relax around the private swimming pool and in the gardens, and a choice of three terraces to enjoy the fantastic views in complete privacy.

Access by car to the villa is via narrow streets and the actual approach of the property driveway requires driving across the Calvary steps, which requires a 4×4 vehicle. Though there is the option to park a bit further down the road.
