S'Embat Bar was founded in 2005 as a small beachside chiringuito on Mallorca’s south coast, created simply as a place to switch off and feel free. With no social media strategy, no marketing campaigns, and no advertising, it grew organically through word of mouth. Visitors discovered it, shared it, and slowly made it their own.
Over the years, artists, residents, and national and international guests have formed a close-knit community around S'Embat. Many describe it as something that goes beyond leisure or business - it’s a feeling. Deeply rooted in the island’s spirit, it reflects the true essence of Mallorca and its people, earning recognition as one of Spain’s most beloved beach bars.
Located at the entrance to Ses Covetes, this small oasis stands out with its relaxed, slightly hippy décor and carefully curated cultural programme. From late May to mid-October, S'Embat hosts live music, jam sessions, jazz, funk, circus acts, magicians, comedians, and family-friendly entertainment.
