They bring a unique blend of expertise to the world of private dining, offering a bespoke service for families, parties and events - whether in your home or at a special location in Mallorca.

Their main catering services include:

  • Bespoke location dinners
    Working with location scouts from film production companies, they’ll find the ideal setting for your special dinner. Once you're there, the team will take care of everything - from cooking to serving - so you can simply enjoy the experience.
  • Garden catering with them
    Host in your own garden or holiday home, with La Van and the catering team providing a relaxed and stylish outdoor dining experience.
  • Private chef at home
    Enjoy a private chef experience at your home, using one of the talented caterers from their team (van not included with this option.)

Menus are created to suit your tastes, the season, and any dietary requirements - with drinks included.

Flexible dining styles

Depending on your event, choose an informal feast of paella or BBQ, or opt for a themed dining experience with a tailored menu. There are three curated menu styles to choose from: Mediterranean, Mexican, and South East Asian. Each menu includes a variety of dishes and drinks. Here are some examples:

  • Mediterranean: Rice salad with dried apricots, parsley and lemon vinaigrette; roasted leg of lamb; local cheeses; apple crumble with vanilla ice cream
  • Mexican: Corn, coriander and feta salad; tacos (such as pulled chicken with tomato and red pepper salsa, or tempura-fried chard with tzatziki-style salsa); BBQ options; lemon and lime cheesecake
  • South East Asian: Chicken satay; mango and papaya salad with yuca crisps; red curry with crispy duck; green curry with cod, asparagus and broccoli; desserts like banoffee pie and chocolate brownies
