Celebrate Mallorca's traditional blood sausage in Sant Joan

For one weekend, the small town of Sant Joan in the centre of Mallorca honours one of the island's most traditional product, the botifarron or blood sausage.

There will be children's activities, guided tours, live music, a market and, of course, open-air grilled sausages.
