New Location For Ventura Yachts in Mallorca
The lure of Port Adriano brings in the luxury yacht groups & their clients
Since 1968 the Ferretti brothers have been involved with the nautical industry, with their very first yacht being produced in 1971...a 10 metre yacht with both sails and engine and ready for leisure cruising.
Since then the company have expanded and grown and are now one of the leading luxury engine yacht builders with bases across the globe.
The Ferretti Group dealer for Mallorca, Ventura Yachts S.L., was founded 15 years ago and has now opened a new office at the Port Adriano marina not far from the city of Palma. The marina was recently extended in stunning style to designs by the internationally acclaimed designer Philippe Starck. The marina will soon be able to accommodate yachts up to 110 metres which together with the chic style of the area were major factors in their decision to open the new office.
Head of Ventura in Mallorca is Petra Eichstädter. Petra has been with Ventura since the beginning, making her one of the most experienced specialists in Ferretti Group yachts in Europe. She was responsible for setting up Ventura's original Mallorca office in 2005, and now says of the new office, "It's a great location, a lovely setting, and only 20 minutes from Palma. But what really persuaded us was its suitability for superyachts, in terms of the size of moorings it now offers and the designer style, both of which make it eminently suitable for our clients, whichever yachts from the Ferretti Group they may own or be interested in, but particularly the larger ones."
