American actor Michael Douglas recently shared on his Facebook page a few snaps from his holiday in Mallorca and news of his next film project.

Hollywood power couple, Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones, enjoy their peaceful estate of S'Estaca, on the coast between Valldemossa and Deia, every time their tight schedules allow it. The 19th-century Mallorcan mansion was bought by Douglas together with his first wife Diandra Lucker in 1989. After their divorce, they decided to share the house six months each: Michael from February to July and Diandra from August to January. They tried to sell the property in 2013 for 50€ million, but so far there has been no luck and you might still spot them walking on the island's beaches or aboard their yacht.

His recent announcement, accompanied with a few holiday photos reads: "Spent a few days at our beautiful home in Majorca and met up with friend Til Schweiger, Germany's leading actor/director, with whom I will do a picture early next year. Til is a great guy and I am looking forward to starring in and producing a remake of his very successful German picture "Head Full of Honey." Til will direct."
