Having worked on the design and construction, both exterior and interior, of private homes, and commercial buildings on Mallorca, this company brings with it a vast amount of experience.
The small and personal team consists of Gabriel Santos, the Senior Designer, plus an Interiors Project Manager and an Architect. Currently working on renovations of several old country homes and traditional town houses alongside their portfolio of international shop brands and upmarket Mallorcan restaurants they can turn their eye to any project.

We offer our clients close developmental monitoring of the projects, from the initial design to building supervision and quality control. The design of furnishings and / or special elements also form part of our work with the objective of obtaining the best results, tailored to the individual requirements of each project.
Until now we have worked successfully on high end private housing, shopdesign and hotel projects in Spain and Germany.
