At this restaurant, located inside La Goleta Hotel, chef Álvaro Salazar offers his "free cuisine", based on seasonal and local products, in line with Balearic home cooking but, at the same time, adventurous and globetrotting.
Fresh local produce and fresh seafood are its staples, set in a modern and comfortable dining room.
Their menu includes a selection of classic tapas (croquetas, spicy potato wedges, sepia stew, Mediterranean potato & tuna salad with anchovies, mussels in citrus fruits marinade…) and a large selection of finger food such as Mallorcan tarte flambée with sardines and herring caviar, or with Iberian ham. For a more classic meal, try their paella from the ocean with local rockfish, prawns and squid, or their Mallorcan rice with meat varieties and seasonal vegetables.
You can dine here for dinner and enjoy a drink from the bar. The wine list isn't huge but they do have a good selection of cocktails on offer.
