Chef Marga Coll offers her own vision of traditional Mallorcan cuisine at this restaurant located inside the Gran Meliá de Mar Hotel

Focused on fresh garden and local market produce, Marga presents a wide range of exquisite flavours, aromas and colours to be enjoyed alongside the sea. Respecting the traditional Mallorcan culture and cuisine in all her dishes.

Breakfast in five stages, lasting two hours. Dinner is an exclusive seven course tasting menu renewed every day.
