Cases de Son Barbassa Restaurant

Fresh, seasonal Mediterranean cuisine in a charming countryside setting

Location
Capdepera

Nestled in the serene countryside, the restaurant at Cases de Son Barbassa Hotel offers a culinary escape for lovers of authentic Mediterranean flavours. Housed in a glass-covered terrace, diners can enjoy the stunning views of the garden while savouring dishes crafted from the freshest local ingredients.

The menu reflects the chef’s philosophy of combining tradition with creativity. Fresh fish from the north-west coast of Mallorca, seasonal vegetables from the hotel’s garden, and hand-harvested olive oils - blends of Mallorquina, Arbequina and Picual varieties - form the backbone of a cuisine that is both imaginative and deeply rooted in the island’s heritage.

Seasonal changes bring new inspirations, with spring and autumn featuring special four-course menus paired with wine tastings. Here, cellar masters introduce guests to the finest Mallorcan wines, offering insight into the subtle notes and aromas that elevate each dish.

Whether you are seeking a relaxed lunch or an intimate dinner, the restaurant’s elegant yet welcoming setting ensures a memorable experience. With its focus on quality, seasonality, and local provenance, Cases de Son Barbassa provides a dining experience that satisfies both the palate and the soul, making it a must-visit destination for food lovers exploring Mallorca.
