15th century Celler Sa Tower of Santa Eugenia restaurant situated at the Sa Torre Hotel
The Celler constitutes the restaurant of the Hotel, inside of which the climate of the immensity of the room is mixed with the warmth and elegance of its decoration.
The restaurant clientele will be able to savour exquisite dishes elaborated with natural products and combined with intelligence, creativity and harmony. All of this accompanied by the select wines from the wine cellar, which holds a private collection of Spanish and island wines, among which is the home-grown wine, the well-known Natiu Sa Torre estate.
Every week they change their tasting menu following the innovative philosophy of the chefs, children of the gentlemen of the estate.
