Celler Sa Premsa Restaurant

Family-run Palma institution serving authentic Majorcan cuisine with warmth and tradition

Located in the centre of Palma, this old 'celler' (wine cellar) still retains its authentic rustic atmosphere. This is the place to come if you want to try true Mallorcan cuisine.

Today, the third generation of the family continues to uphold his vision, offering quality food, generous portions, and friendly service at a reasonable price. The dining room, filled with large open spaces and traditional wine flasks, retains the charm of the 1950s, creating a cosy, homely atmosphere where guests can relax and savour Majorcan classics.

The menu celebrates the island’s culinary heritage, with dishes cooked slowly and with care. Highlights include sopas mallorquinas, arroz brut, stuffed eggplant, tongue with capers, and gató almond sponge cake with almond ice cream. Every dish reflects the flavours of home-cooked Majorcan meals, lovingly prepared using traditional techniques. For those seeking an authentic taste of the island, Celler Sa Premsa is a must-visit destination, where history, flavour, and family tradition come together beautifully.
