Healthy tapas is the theme at Es Taller. Some favourites include the squid, chorizo, spinach and sesame with basmati rice, cod, bimis and mushrooms fritters with guacamole and tamarind yogurt and crispy duck with aubergines in the Peking casserole.
For the main course maybe boneless Mallorcan suckling pig with apples, mushrooms and raisins chutney or Croaker fish with black cuttlefish risotto and saffron sauce will tempt you.
