Specialised in fresh pasta, the chef recommends their Panciotti filled with ricotta and prawns with broccoli sauce, Sorrentino filled with spinach and mozzarella served with a cheese sauce, or Ravioloni filled with funghi porcini in a wine and truffle sauce.
