The Restaurant

Adriana Bistro Marina
Open for lunch there are a delicious selection of fresh dishes available using local ingredients. The restaurant is also open for dinner with a choice of special set menus or à la carte (gentlemen are are required to wear long trousers for dinner). There is also a wonderful terrace which makes it a great spot for lunch al afresco, a drink or afternoon tea in the open air.
Sel de Vie Gourmet Restaurant
Sel de Vie is set inside the hotel’s main building, in an exclusive setting on the first floor of the hotel that enjoys spectacular views of Port Adriano and the Mediterranean Sea. Chef Fran Macías’ menu takes guests on a culinary journey of the Mediterranean. He uses a variety of fresh ingredients, all sourced locally. The intimate setting of the restaurant allows guests to enjoy special tasting menus which take Macías’ creations to a new level.
