The 100-hectare estate of S'Estaca was acquired by the Hollywood actor in 1989, together with wife Diandra Luker. The house was put on the market in 2014 due to Douglas' ailing health for an asking price of £41 million, but they are now considering offers around £34 million.

Douglas and Luker used to spend up to half the year in Mallorca. After their divorce they decided to split the house so that she would have access to it from July to December, while the actor would be able to enjoy it from January to June. However, ever since he married Catherine Zeta-Jones in 2000, his visits to the island have been less and less frequent.

The spectacular mansion on the coast of Valldemossa has 11 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms and 1,000 square metres with direct access to the Mediterranean sea and wonderful views of the Serra de Tramuntana mountains. Extensively renovated by Douglas in 1990, this secluded finca's sale is being handled by Sotheby's International Realty.

So, if you have £34 million lying around and want to know what it feels like to live like Hollywood royalty, this might just be the perfect investment!
