Video of Mallorca's popular festivals which take place during the year

featured in Video Guides Updated

There are so many festivals and national holidays on mainland Spain and Mallorca/Majorca if you can attend any of them you should. From running with bulls in Pampelona to dodging fireworks in Palma, health and safety is not always high on the agenda at Spanish fiestas but fun certainly is.

For familys with small children the Medieval fiesta in Capdepera is a good option as there is plenty of colour and excitment. For the more adventurous the Nit de Foc in Palma is one of the craziest events we have ever been to. Fireworks and explosions are set off in amongst the crowd that gathers at the end of the Parc de la Mar.
