A property located in the South East of the island, in a flat area called the “Migjorn” where one still notices how important agriculture once was in Mallorcan life. This rural atmosphere has been perfectly combined with comfort.
All double rooms and junior suites have a terrace or balcony with view on the garden and the swimming pool. They are equipped with air conditioning, central heating, safe, ceiling fan, electric kettle with a choice of teas, satellite television, DVD player and a minibar. A hairdryer, bathrobes and pool towels are also provided.
The apartments are located in the third building. Each apartment has about 40 to 52 m2 plus a private terrace, and consists of a living/dining room, a fully equipped American kitchen, double bedroom and a full bathroom. In a corner of the spacious living room they can accommodate up to two extra beds.
Additionally, there is a dining room and a cosy bar with open fireplace. There is also access to local farmland, pool, tennis and mini-golf. The surrounding flatland is ideal for biking and visits to the villages of Campos, Ses Salines and Colonia de Sant Jordi.
There is a new area for adults only, an annex where access is allowed only to adults, which includes an independent pool.

Jørn Utzon was a Danish architect who designed the iconic Sydney Opera House. He retired to Mallorca in the 1970's and built his house, Can Lis on the cliffs by Portopetro in the south east of Mallorca.
