Canyoning & dry canyoning

Discover Mallorca’s wild side with water and dry canyoning adventures all year round

Location
Pollenca

Whether you prefer plunging into crystal-clear pools or climbing sun-drenched rock faces, there’s an adventure waiting in the island’s stunning Sierra de Tramuntana mountains.

Canyoning is a water-based sport that takes you deep into river-carved gorges. You'll swim through narrow sections, slide down natural waterfalls, jump into turquoise pools and rappel down sheer drops - all surrounded by dramatic cliffs and unspoilt nature. Guided by experienced professionals, you’ll explore hidden canyons like Gorg Blau, Mortitx or Na Móra, with routes suited to all ability levels. The season runs from November to May, when water flows are at their best.

Dry canyoning, by contrast, offers a chance to explore the same breathtaking terrain without the need for water. Using a mix of hiking, climbing and abseiling techniques, you'll descend dry ravines and scramble across rock formations with panoramic views. It's a great year-round option that suits both beginners and experienced adventurers, with routes like Solleric and Ses Olives showcasing Mallorca’s wilder side - even in the warmest months.

Both activities offer the perfect blend of physical challenge, natural beauty and off-the-beaten-path exploration. Choose your style - or try both - and let their expert guides lead you on a memorable journey through the canyons of Mallorca.
