Visitor comments

  • "Staff very friendly, and as a family with two young daughters, most importantly patient with us all. We were complete novices to snorkeling and despite the fact that some of us were excellent swimmers, the nerves were completely on show. Not an expert on snorkeling but the equipment looked like the real deal. All included in the price." - Trip Advisor
  • "We did a 2 hour snorkelling trip today with Soller divers... It was fab! We (me, hubby and 2 kids aged 12 & 14) were kitted out in wet suits, flippers, snorkel and mask. Really friendly and helpful team. We were taken around to a beautiful bay by speed boat and then lead around different areas in the water. With 6 people snorkelling and 2 divers leading us we all felt we were safe and seeing everything we could... Even a ray... I thoroughly recommend this activity... As do my kids! Thank you for a great afternoon, Soller divers!" - Trip Advisor

What to see

Port de Soller is one of Mallorca's nicest beach resorts situated on the north coast. An old fishing village, it has been sympathetically developed around a beautiful horseshoe bay, with the Tramuntana mountains providing a stunning backdrop. There are two sandy beaches backed by a promenade. A vintage tram runs along the front taking you up to the main town of Soller 5 km away.

Where to lunch

Restaurants are plentiful in Port Soller, and range from the more touristy pizza and pasta places, to more inventive Spanish cuisine. Many are family-run and offer relaxed dining. Fancier restaurants are appearing all the time as the resort becomes more upmarket, mainly due to the opening of the super-luxury Jumeirah hotel.
