Beach Villa Sohn offers a refined holiday experience, ideally located within walking distance of the three beautiful sandy coves—Cala Barques, Cala Clara, and Cala Molins—along with an excellent selection of local restaurants. Recently refurbished to the highest standard, the villa features stylish interiors, spacious terraces, and a private swimming pool, comfortably accommodating up to six guests with its three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Set across one floor and filled with natural light, the villa boasts a bright and airy layout. There are three air-conditioned bedrooms (one double and two twins), two modern shower rooms, and a welcoming open-plan lounge with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The kitchen includes everything needed for easy holiday catering, from a large fridge/freezer and dishwasher to a microwave and cooking rings. The living space, with its plush sofas and flat-screen TV, is the perfect spot to unwind after a day by the sea.
Step outside to the stunning porch draped in vibrant bougainvillaea—an idyllic setting for alfresco dining, complete with a built-in brick barbecue. The private pool (6m x 3.5m, depth 1.2m–1.6m) with Roman steps is surrounded by sunbeds and parasols, making it easy to soak up the sun or find a shady retreat.
For added comfort, air conditioning is provided free of charge from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00. The tourist tax is included in your stay.

Puerto Pollensa
