This hotel, in the heart of the estate of "Sa Franquesa", occupies the premises of a classical Mallorcan hacienda of the 17th century, and has been restored and adapted to combine maximum architectural rigour with greater comfort.
Hotel Sa Franquesa Vella is located in the very centre of Mallorca. This old property was carefully restored, conserving the charm of the typical rural houses. It is situated on a small hill surrounded by fertile lands, predominantly used for the cultivation of grain.
The surrounding landscape provides an extensive plain which makes it possible to observe some extraordinary sunsets within an incomparable scene. The rural hotel, situated between the localities of Villafranca de Bonany, Manacor and Felanitx, at 38 km from the capital, and only some minutes away from some of the best and most quiet beaches, as well as various golf courses.
The hotel consists of 24 rooms, with plenty of natural light and exhibiting a complementary mix of colours and designs.
There is also a beautiful outdoor pool. They offer activities such as bike rental, wine routes, visits to the island of Cabrera, catamaran rides, or horse riding.

Vilafranca de Bonany is a rural town just off the main road from Palma to Manacor.
Mallorca’s second city, Manacor, sits around 10km from the eastern coastline. It used to be an agricultural town but, with the help of the railway line that was opened in 1879, it became the industrial and commercial centre of the area.

Felanitx is a small town in the southeast corner of Mallorca. It lies inland from its closest seaport of Porto Colom and is the administrative centre for the area.
