The 3-bedroomed Villa Pins is a welcoming and stylish villa with private swimming pool ideally located within the sought after resort of Cala San Vicente, with its 3 sandy bays and crystal clear waters just a short stroll away. Sleeping up to 6 guests in comfortably furnished interiors, the villa is air-conditioned and is the perfect choice for all those guests looking for a truly Mallorcan holiday without the need to rely constantly on a car. The bays forming Cala San Vicente (named respectively Cala Clara, Cala Barques and Cala Molins) are a charming jewel of Mallorca, still hidden to the mass tourism, and the perfect place to relax and unwind in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

Inside, the villa is modern and conveniently set over one floor, carefully finished to provide an unforgettable holiday experience surrounded by all the comforts you could wish for. The spacious lounge, with an adjoining kitchen and dining area, features large patio doors that open directly onto the poolside patios and gardens, which are adorned with lush lawns, shrubs, and pine trees. The purpose-built kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances for a self-catering holiday, and the lounge offers comfortable sofas, satellite TV (with free channels), and a DVD player. There are three bedrooms in total: one double and two twin rooms, as well as two generously-sized bathrooms, each with a shower. Air-conditioning in the bedrooms is available during set times between 2pm-4pm and 8pm-8am. Please note that the upper floor of the villa is privately owned and does not share the gardens or pool, which remain exclusively for the use of guests staying at Villa Pins.

Outside, the villa offers the unbeatable advantage of exclusive gardens with lawns and mature trees, along with a private swimming pool. Deciding whether to stay by the pool or enjoy a stroll down to the beach will certainly be a hard choice! The pool measures 4m x 3m, with a depth ranging from 1.8m to 2.10m. Sunbeds and shades are provided for your comfort.
