Ca'n Coll is a lovely, restored, stone farmhouse sitting in the flat farmland between Pollensa town and Puerto Pollensa and enjoying panoramic views of the countryside and the mountains including the nearby Puig Maria.

This charming finca offers a peaceful retreat, just a short drive from the beaches and amenities of Puerto Pollensa, with Pollensa town even closer. Lovingly tended by its proud owners, the villa is surrounded by lawned gardens with citrus trees and vibrant shrubs, while the newly renovated Roman-style swimming pool (8m x 4m, depth 0.95m – 2.5m) provides the perfect spot for sunbathing, complete with an open poolside shower.

A shaded porch offers an inviting space for dining or relaxing, leading directly into the villa’s traditionally furnished, spacious interiors. The ground floor features two twin bedrooms sharing a family bathroom. Upstairs, a double bedroom is paired with an adjacent shower room. For added convenience, an additional shower and WC, accessible from the terrace, helps keep the indoors dry after a swim.

In line with local energy-saving initiatives, air conditioning operates from 14:00 to 18:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.
