The spacious Villa Illa is a welcoming holiday home with private pool and 5 bedrooms, able to accommodate up to 10 guests in airy interiors surrounded by extensive manicured gardens. Offering breathtaking views over the countryside and the sea, the villa is conveniently located close to Alcudia, Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa, turning it into the ideal choice for a large family or a group of friends wanting to explore Northern Mallorca.

Villa Padilla is set over two floors and has been thoughtfully designed with comfort and style in mind. The entrance opens into a spacious lounge/dining room with patio doors that lead to a large covered terrace. Adjacent to the dining area is a fully fitted kitchen, with a door opening to a large wrap-around covered terrace—ideal for entertaining and outdoor dining. On the ground floor, you'll find a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a full bathroom.

Upstairs, stairs lead from the entrance hall to an additional seating area with doors opening to a covered terrace offering magnificent sea views. Off this area, there are two twin bedrooms and a separate family bathroom. The master double bedroom features a large walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite shower room with a hydro massage shower.
