Cort Hotel

A designer hotel in the centre of Palma

Located in Palma's privileged old town centre, the Plaza de Cort, this hotel has 14 suites and 2 double rooms.

This project aimed to find a totally different style not similar to any of the existing ones, with the proposition to create a warm and relaxing ambience that would feel anyone entering the hotel at home. Thus, they have tried to differentiate, within the architectural possibilities, one room from the other so that each has its own charm.

The choice of materials, textiles and colours as well as the attention to detail have been very careful. The resources of blue and ultramarine colours representing the Mediterranean Sea, and warm materials such as wood, leather and linen mixed with "llenguas" (traditional Mallorcan fabrics) give the whole an up-to-date and sophisticated atmosphere.

There is also a terrace exclusive for guests with a pool, sun beds, towel and bar service.

The Bar

The Cort terrace is at the heart of Palma, and is a meeting point during the day for an interesting blend of people: local neighbours who come to have their regular drink of choice, executives, tourists, families with kids, couples, onlookers and a variety of artists and street musicians who turn every moment at this terrace in a very special moment. They serve a wide range of cocktails, long drinks, wines and cavas, as well as a snack menu and a la carte breakfast.

There are two other bars, the Raw Bar, which serves oysters, tuna tartar, ceviche and more, and Bar Altillo, in a more private setting and ideal for events and meetings.

The Restaurant

The restaurant on the ground floor is a room with irregular forms and old ceilings. In general, the decoration is intentionally very loaded, filling the interior with bottle shelves, mirrors and carpentry that visually interconnect the different atmospheres.

The Mediterranean cuisine is based on excellent produce and minimal interference. They serve dishes where basic ingredients predominate, and seasonal products are incorporated into daily culinary suggestions, so customers can always discover new flavours to try.

They offer a wide range of selected wines from their cellar, including national and international wines and, of course, local wines from around the island.
