This stylish apartment is situated just metres from the beach and offers a chic contemporary space decorated in bright white alongside greys and blacks throughout.

The light and airy living and dining area is open-plan, featuring a black-and-white tiled floor. At one end, there is a comfortable sofa, two armchairs and a feature fireplace, while at the other end, a stylish wooden dining table seats eight guests comfortably. The room opens onto a street-side terrace, perfect for alfresco dining.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for self-catering, including a full-size oven, dishwasher and large fridge freezer.

For entertainment, the villa offers a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi access, allowing you to download and stream films on your own devices.

A washing machine is also provided for your convenience.

Sleeping

The villa sleeps up to eight in four bedrooms. There is one twin room and one double room on the ground floor and a twin room and double room with access to a terrace on the first floor. The rooms share access to a bathroom and shower room on the ground floor.
