The main entrance opens into a welcoming living room with comfortable sofas, armchairs, satellite TV, and Wi-Fi. The separate kitchen, finished to the highest standard, is fully equipped for all culinary needs and includes a dining area. Patio doors lead to an outdoor terrace with a dining table, rattan sofas, and a barbecue—perfect for al fresco meals.

The ground floor also features a double bedroom, a large family shower room, a private gym, and a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer.
