Seguinot Villa, Pollenca, Pollenca

3 bedroom Villa in Pollenca. Sleeps 6

Nestled in the heart of the tranquil Mallorcan countryside, yet near to the beach and buzz of Port de Pollença, Villa Seguinot offers the best of both worlds. With families travelling with small children in mind, a section of the garden and the pool itself have been thoughtfully enclosed to offer added safety and peace of mind for vigilant parents.

A covered front porch welcomes visitors in true Mallorcan style, setting the tone for a relaxed and inviting stay. However, the real holiday activities unfold at the rear of the property, where a spacious covered dining terrace with a brick-built barbecue and additional seating overlooks the pool, sun terrace, and a large grassy area—perfect for a kickabout or letting little ones burn off some energy before bedtime. The villa is set in an exceptionally peaceful and picturesque location, with the majestic Tramuntana mountains forming a breathtaking backdrop, while Pollensa’s historic skyline sits on the horizon.

Inside, solid wood furniture, terracotta tiles, and locally crafted décor reflect the traditional charm of Villa Seguinot. The entrance hall, with its beamed ceilings, whitewashed walls, and rural-themed artwork, leads to an ornate staircase ascending to the first floor. A series of stone archways guide you through to the dining room, air-conditioned living room, and a well-equipped kitchen.

Upstairs, all three bedrooms enjoy far-reaching views of the surrounding countryside. With air conditioning in each, restful nights are assured.

Just a 10-minute drive away, Pollensa Old Town offers an excellent selection of restaurants serving tapas and local delicacies, as well as a bustling Sunday market—perfect for those wanting to immerse themselves in authentic Mallorcan life. The villa’s proximity to the coast means you are never far from sandy beaches, secluded coves, and exciting water activities.

  • Cala San Vicente, with its three beautiful sandy bays (Cala Barques, Cala Molins, and Cala Clara), is well worth a visit.
