Muleta de ca S Hereu Finca Hotel
Finca hotel settled on the north west coast of Mallorca, in the Tramuntana mountain range
Charming rural hotel with eight bedrooms and two apartments. Located in an old farm, they still preserve an antique olive oil mill, recently renewed.
The Muleta state was part of the settlement called Castelló, that king Jaime I gave to the Viscount of Bearn when he alloted the island to the great Catalano-Aragonese lords who helped him conquer the island. This finca is one of the three properties in which, at the end of the 17th century, the original Muleta was divided. It has an extension of 400.000 m2, traditionally dedicated to the growing of olive trees and oil production.
Located on the top of a mountain from which the sea, the valley and the port of Sóller can be seen, the houses were built at different stages. The part where the hall and bedrooms are dates from 1672.
They still preserve the old Tafona, used to produce olive-oil, which was in use until about thirty years ago. There is also a large hall with a central stone arch, a small chapel, a cattle barn turned into a drawing room, and a dining-room with its distinctive rural Mallorcan fireplace.
Surrounded by old olive trees and woods, it is the ideal place to relax in its two large terraces and swimming pool. Surrounded by beautiful walks and magnificent scenery, the beach is at 1,5 km, Soller at 3 km and Palma at some 20 km. Son Termes is the nearest golf course at 15 km.

Soller
Located 3.2 km away
Set in a lush valley of orange groves between the mountains and the sea, Soller has been popular with day trippers for some time. They tend to arrive on the vintage train from Palma and seem to do little but sit outside the cafes in Plaça Constitució soaking up the atmosphere and the sun. With several tapas bars, a fine selection of pastry shops, local ice-cream, and freshly squeezed orange juice, there is little temptation to move on.

Deia
Located 5.3 km away
Deia is an idyllic village of green-shuttered, honey-coloured houses that has become a millionaires' hideaway in the shadow of the Teix mountain, part of the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range. Although it could have been just another pretty Mallorcan village in the west of Mallorca had Robert Graves not decided to make it his home...
