Auba Country House

This charming four-bedroom villa features a spacious lawned garden with views of the nearby hilltops from the poolside. Inside, the villa has traditional décor, including tiled floors and beamed ceilings. Wi-Fi and air conditioning/heating are included in all bedrooms.

A private path from the road into Puerto Pollensa leads to the villa’s parking area. The main entrance is at the front of the house.

The open-plan lounge and dining room includes a table and chairs for eight people, along with comfortable sofas and a flat-screen TV. Patio doors from the living area open onto the garden.

The adjacent kitchen is spacious, fully equipped, and features a small breakfast table. Appliances include a full oven, cooking hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, and kettle. A small utility room along the hallway provides access to the parking area.

Villa L’Auba has four bedrooms. The first double bedroom, with an en-suite shower room, overlooks the swimming pool. The twin bedroom also has an en-suite shower room, with views over the surrounding countryside. A second double bedroom, located at the front of the house, shares a separate shower room with the remaining twin bedroom, which also has access to the garden. Each bedroom is fresh and airy, with ample storage space.

The villa’s standout feature is its outdoor space, which includes a private swimming pool, garden, and alfresco dining area. The large lawn provides plenty of space for sunbathing, with views of the surrounding hills through the trees. A traditional-style barbecue is located at the side of the house, and a table and chairs are set on the covered terrace. Additionally, a small shaded chill-out area with comfortable seating overlooks the pool.

Villa L’Auba can accommodate up to eight people. (A travel cot and highchair are available free of charge upon request.)

Free air conditioning is available from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.

The tourist tax is included in the rates.
