Situated right in the heart of town, the property is positioned where the historic ‘moros’ battle traditionally begins, adding a unique sense of local heritage.
Recently refurbished, the property seamlessly blends traditional stone walls with modern, contemporary finishes.
For your comfort, there is air conditioning in the main living area and in the double bedroom. Please note that the two single bedrooms do not have air conditioning, but the other units are powerful enough to keep the space cool.
The ground floor features the entrance, a garage suitable for storing bikes, a toilet, and a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer.
The first floor consists of an open-plan living room, dining area, and kitchen, along with a single bedroom and a shower room. The remaining bedrooms are on the second floor, where you’ll also find a small outdoor area.
