This spacious villa offers three comfortable bedrooms, two of which feature double beds and en-suite bathrooms, ensuring privacy and comfort for guests. The third bedroom is furnished with two single beds, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. The large living-dining area provides a perfect space to relax after a day of exploring, while the fully equipped kitchen and additional dining area allow you to prepare and enjoy meals made with fresh local produce.
There is also a third bathroom with a shower, conveniently located for shared use.
Outside, you'll find an oasis of tranquillity with a refreshing swimming pool, an outdoor shower to cool off after a day at the beach, and a spacious terrace ideal for sunbathing or unwinding. The garden, with its large lawn area, provides plenty of space for children to run and play. The pergola is a lovely spot for al-fresco dining or enjoying a glass of wine while gazing at the stars. The addition of hammocks and comfortable garden furniture ensures relaxation while reading or simply enjoying the outdoors.
The charming village of Pollensa is just a five-minute drive away, where you can meander through its picturesque cobbled streets and enjoy a selection of local delicacies in its quaint restaurants. You’ll also want to visit the famous Formentor beach and the stunning coves of Cala Sant Vicente, with their crystal-clear waters and white sand, both just a short drive from the villa.

Puerto Pollensa
Puerto Pollensa, also known as Port de Pollença, is an established, family-friendly tourist resort in the north of Mallorca. Like many Mallorcan coastal towns, the resort was formerly a fishing village servicing the local area. It still features a large marina which nowadays harbours leisure boats more than fishing boats, but you can still see many traditional ‘llaüts’ used by the Mallorcans for catching fish.
