5 bedroom Villa in Sa Pobla, Buger. Sleeps 10

Location
Campanet

This beautiful, stone clad country home set amongst the undulating countryside surrounding the small village of Buger, offers spacious grounds as well as a generous, convivial interior with wooden flooring, high ceilings and contemporary furnishings that create a light, bright & airy ambiance throughout.

A stylish, fully equipped farmhouse kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher) with a small breakfast bar and adjoining dining area (A/C) provides the perfect start to the day. Plans for the day unfold over warm croissants and mugs of steaming coffee—whether it’s to explore nearby caves, sandy coves, cobbled streets with old fort ramparts, perhaps some retail therapy, or simply grabbing a book and settling down poolside on a sunbed.

An open-plan living area (A/C, Wi-Fi) with recent fibre-optic internet installation offers an optimal home office experience, as well as Satellite TV for relaxing family evenings. Four twin bedrooms are also located on this level, alongside two bathrooms and a convenient cloakroom.

Upstairs is dedicated to a double bedroom with scenic windows and a wraparound balcony terrace, capturing panoramic views across the countryside to the picturesque hilltop village of Campanet. The added luxury of an en-suite shower room, A/C, and ceiling fan ensures comfort throughout the day and night.

Two shaded terraces encircle a freeform pool with low-chlorinated water and gentle incline access. A good portion of holiday time will be spent in this charming poolside area, complete with stone arches, wooden shutters, comfortable furniture, and a covered dining area conveniently placed beside an ornate barbecue area with a gas hob and sink—perfect for enjoying this peaceful location.

Sunday mornings feature local markets in both Buger (2km) and Sa Pobla (5km), offering a great opportunity to stock up on local produce and fresh fruit and vegetables. Sa Pobla also has a couple of supermarkets for everyday essentials, as well as a Michelin-star restaurant. Don’t miss the family bakery in Buger’s church square for fresh bread, homemade pies, and some seriously indulgent pastries.

The nearby beaches are diverse and stunning: the acclaimed sandy shores of Playa de Muro, the picturesque Port de Pollenca with its famous Pine Walk promenade, or the scuba diver's favourite cove, Cala San Vicente, to name a few.
