A great family villa set in a quiet location, just a short drive to Puerto Pollensa, Pollensa and Alcudia

The house has been carefully designed with a perfect combination of modern and rustic style, and yet maintains the Mallorcan feel to it. It is the perfect holiday setting for families who enjoy the warmth of a homely villa with a great outdoor area.

On the ground floor there is large living room with direct access to the covered terraces and pool area, study/reading room, guest toilet, dining room for 8, fully equipped kitchen with island and separate breakfast area for 4 with direct access to an attractive covered terrace patio area with built in BBQ. There is also a utility room and one double bedroom with en suite bathroom.

A spiral gated staircase leads you up to the first floor where the rest of the bedrooms and house bathroom are.

Outside the villa has fantastic dining/lounging areas, a large pool with roman steps and jacuzzi water jets, a large lawn area and mature garden, gated pond, billiard table, separate side terrace with dining area and built in barbecue... Perfect for alfresco dining!

Sleeping

The villa sleeps up to 8 people in the following bedroom configuration:

Ground Floor - double bedroom with an en suite bathroom, making it very suitable for guests with limited mobility.
First Floor - Master bedroom with panoramic views and en suite bathroom (separate shower and bath). L shaped bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 twin bedroom.

Dining

This property is let on a self-catering basis, however, this doesn’t mean you need to cook for yourself! There are a number of private chefs you can book who can prepare your meals for the full week or the odd night. The company can help you organise this but they do get booked up quickly!
