A great family villa set in a quiet location, just a short drive to Puerto Pollensa, Pollensa and Alcudia
The house has been thoughtfully designed, blending modern and rustic elements while preserving the traditional Mallorcan charm. It provides the perfect holiday retreat for families who appreciate the warmth of a homely villa with a fantastic outdoor area.
On the ground floor, youโll find a spacious living room with direct access to the covered terraces and pool area, a study/reading room, a guest toilet, and a dining room for eight. The fully equipped kitchen features an island and a separate breakfast area for four, with direct access to an attractive covered patio area complete with a built-in BBQ. Additionally, there is a utility room and a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
A spiral, gated staircase leads to the first floor, where the remaining bedrooms and a family bathroom are located.
Outside, the villa boasts exceptional dining and lounging areas, a large pool with Roman steps and jacuzzi water jets, a generous lawn, a mature garden, and a gated pond. For entertainment, there is a billiard table and a separate side terrace with a dining area and built-in barbecueโideal for alfresco dining!
