The house has been thoughtfully designed, blending modern and rustic elements while preserving the traditional Mallorcan charm. It provides the perfect holiday retreat for families who appreciate the warmth of a homely villa with a fantastic outdoor area.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious living room with direct access to the covered terraces and pool area, a study/reading room, a guest toilet, and a dining room for eight. The fully equipped kitchen features an island and a separate breakfast area for four, with direct access to an attractive covered patio area complete with a built-in BBQ. Additionally, there is a utility room and a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
A spiral, gated staircase leads to the first floor, where the remaining bedrooms and a family bathroom are located.
Outside, the villa boasts exceptional dining and lounging areas, a large pool with Roman steps and jacuzzi water jets, a generous lawn, a mature garden, and a gated pond. For entertainment, there is a billiard table and a separate side terrace with a dining area and built-in barbecue—ideal for alfresco dining!
