Located in the highly sought-after area of La Font, at the foot of the stunning UNESCO Tramuntana mountains in Pollensa, Villa Esquina is just a 15-minute walk from the beautiful historic town of Pollenca and a 10-minute drive from the Port of Pollenca and surrounding beaches, making it ideal for large families or two families with children. This stunning family holiday home has 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 3 balconies with amazing views of the surrounding area and a large heated saltwater pool (15 metres long).
Upon entering the villa, you will be greeted by its breathtaking hallway with sweeping stairs and designer ambient lighting, leading through to a bright open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen area, a self-contained utility room and a private snug/playroom.
The kitchen features a large island/breakfast bar and has everything you need, including a large oven, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge, air fryer, L'Or Barista coffee machine and a range of kitchen gadgets. A solid wood dining table accommodates 10 for breakfast.
The connecting utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer, large American-style fridge-freezer and a separate sink/drainer.
The snug is the entertainment hub, with a 50" UHD 4K TV (streaming UK TV from BBC and ITV to Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney+), Blu-ray player, a selection of films, stacks of board games & puzzles (for all ages), a selection of superb books, a comfy L-shaped sofa, coffee table and a pool/snooker table that flips over into an air-hockey table.
Downstairs you'll also find two of the bedrooms, while the other three are located upstairs. All bedrooms have their own bathroom, blackout blinds, plenty of storage with built-in wardrobes, cabinets and drawers. Two of the master bedrooms (one upstairs, one downstairs) have a discreet safe in their wardrobes.
The house has high-speed fibre optic 600mbps internet, with WiFi that reaches all areas of the villa inside and out, so you'll enjoy connected living wherever you are. Air-conditioning and central heating keep you comfortable, and while the area of La Font enjoys almost no crime, the house is secured by a monitored security alarm.
The back garden features a 15-metre, heated saltwater swimming pool that's large enough for kids and adults to share without feeling over-crowded, with electric pool-cover. There's plenty of space and sun-beds for relaxing around the pool as well as a Bali bed and hammock surrounded by exotic tropical plants, a wonderful place to chill in the afternoons and watch the sun go down over the mountains. Table tennis and an AstroTurf area for football and badminton offer further outdoor entertainment.

Soller Botanical Garden

Sóller is a botanist’s and enthusiast’s paradise. The Botanical garden is found in a country estate known as “Camp d’En Prohom”, on the outskirts of Sóller. Its primary purpose is to preserve rare or endangered species of the Balearics, and is the result of many years of study and hard work, and now hosts one of Spain’s most extensive wild flora seed banks.
