Located in one of the main streets of the old town of Alcúdia, the hotel is situated at the heart of the family’s 17th-century traditional manor house.
The main architectural elements of the building have been preserved, including the marés arcade (built with beach rock according to Balearic tradition) and the two staircases, one Gothic and the other in an Art Noveau style, presiding the hall.
The six unique rooms have their own identity. They are all equipped with the latest comforts: central heating, air conditioning, satellite TV, and free wireless connection to the Internet.
There are various common areas, like a living room decorated with contemporary paintings from local authors, a dining room and a patio, where they serve breakfast
This is an environmentally-friendly hotel with many native fruit trees, plants and flowers, as well as solar panels and a recycling scheme.

Son Quint Golf Course
The 18-hole course at Son Quint was created by James Arnold in 2009 and probably counts as the youngest course on the island.
