Located on the beach in Playa de Palma's El Arenal neighbourhood, it consists of 164 rooms on 4 floors, of which 23 are single room and 141 are doubles.

There is a swimming pool, gym, spa & wellness area with jacuzzi, steam bath, sauna, hydrotherapy showers and thermal beds (with extra charge), as well as two bars and a buffet restaurant. They also have a conference room.

There is also a bicycle garage with external access reserved for the hotel guests only, bike racks, a workbench equipped with tools for routine bicycle care and maintenance, a pump and a bike wash area, all completely free of charge.
